Panthu is a cosmic wanderer, a pink alien who has happened upon the planet of Amaravella, following the shipwreck of her Aquamarine Submarine. As luck would have it, she has found Amaravella to support a rich infrastructure of life. Now she has found a new home, a lifetime of exploration awaits.

Accompanying this doll is a book entitled ‘Cosmic Web’ which Panthu studies to navigate her place in the stars.
‘Learning to see the world as strange makes us un-home in the everyday and thereby restores it as a potential place of wonder’

Her body is hand-sewn and dyed with peachy colours. Panthu’s head was sculpted in clay and cast from resin. Her eyes are hand embroidered with gems for pupils. She has an Elizabethan-style ruff made from pink satin ribbon and golden anklets and bracelets made from foiled wire. This doll has been semi-articulated with a wire skeleton so she can sit upright on a window ledge or shelf. From head to toe, she measures at 10 inches.
